Welcome to Naya. I am Gul Semiz, co-founder of this visionary venture. My story is one of professional acumen intertwined with a deep-seated passion for sustainability, leading to the inception of Naya.

My academic journey began at Anadolu University, where I earned my degree in Business Administration. This educational foundation set the stage for a career spanning over two decades, marked by innovation, commitment, and a quest for continuous learning.

In 2011, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, founding my own company with a focus on Corporate tax reduction for exporters and manufacturers, Corporate finance, and e-commerce accounting. This venture allowed me to leverage my expertise to create tailored solutions for businesses. My firm specialized in developing strategic approaches to minimize tax liabilities for exporters and manufacturers, optimizing their financial frameworks to support growth and sustainability. Additionally, we offered specialized services in e-commerce accounting, addressing the unique needs of online businesses and ensuring their financial operations were streamlined and efficient. This combination of services not only improved our clients’ bottom lines but also contributed to their overall financial health and sustainability, positioning them for long-term success in their respective markets.

My foray into sustainability began in earnest in 2018, a domain I have passionately contributed to ever since. By 2022, I had furthered my education in sustainability, significantly broadening my professional capabilities. My approach to sustainability is comprehensive, addressing social, financial, and economic aspects. I offer consultancy and educational services aimed at weaving sustainable practices into the fabric of businesses, aligning closely with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The drive to co-found Naya stemmed from a shared belief in the transformative power of businesses to foster a more sustainable and equitable world.
